Many: Laparoscopy will determine whether if there is endometriosis or pelvic adhesions. Laparoscopy will show abnormalities where traditional ultrasound, mri, or cat scan cannot. Correcting abnormalities with laparoscopy will improve fertilization and implantation then subsequently a successful pregnancy can ensue.
