Time: Most musculoskeletal pain will resolve in time. If your pain is already chronic (>3-6 months) then you should be seen by a physiatrist or orthopedist to obtain a specific diagnosis. Physical therapy can help many of these issues conservatively. Otc meds for the pain are your first line options.
