A member asked:

Can you see bursitis in spine or hips on an mri?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Peter Nefcy answered

Specializes in Radiology

Yes, you can see bursitis in an MRI of the hips. It is not as straight forward with the spine, however, and bursitis can look like synovial cysts arising from the facets.
