See doctor ASAP: Your complex medica and surgicall history warrants a physical exam to look at what's happening, and to ask more questions regarding cause. U may need further imaging too to see what's going on internally. If you feel pain, then it needs to be pursued further, as that's not normal findings. Only a physical exam can ck whether it's musculoskeletal or visceral (organ) involved. Both important 2 know!

Your medical history: Suggests you have degenerative lumbar spine disease, spinal stenosis or osteoarthritis of the hip, or some combination of the above issues. See your physiciain and start with a physical. your doc can then order tests as appropriate to make a diagnosis. Once that is established then a treatment plan can be formulated. If you develop sudden severe tearing back pain that isn't like usual pain? 911.
