See doctor ASAP: Your complex medica and surgicall history warrants a physical exam to look at what's happening, and to ask more questions regarding cause. U may need further imaging too to see what's going on internally. If you feel pain, then it needs to be pursued further, as that's not normal findings. See your physiciain and start with a physical. your doc can then order tests as appropriate to make a diagnosis. Once that is established then a treatment plan can be formulated.
