Is there a natural relief for panic attacks?

Yes maybe: You should find a good counselor who can teach you cognitive behavioral skills to cope with panic and you may want to use medication to reduce anxiety in general and or the peak of the panic.

Relaxation breathing: If you want to avoid medication for your panic attacks, i highly revommend the book: the relaxation response by benson. Read the entire book, the start doing the exercises as contained in the book. Start with 5 minutes twice a day working up to 10 minutes twice a day. You will soon learn to relax instantly, anytime you want or need to, like in the car. It's not hard. Good luck.
