Not really: If you feel yogurt will help your constipation, you are wrong. You need to consume more high fiber foods, vegetables and fruits and lot of water to wash it down constipation is related to what you eat and drink.

Natural remedies: Drink more water (at least 8 glasses a day), eat leafy green vegetables and higher fiber foods. Prune juice can also work. You need to check if you are taking any medications that can cause constipation. & can ask your doctor for more information about your constipation.
