It varies.: Bowel cancer symptoms depend on the location and size of the tumor. If it obstructs, the symptoms include stomach cramps and vomiting. If it bleeds, bloody stools, or black stools. Partial obstruction can cause diarrhea and/or consitpation. Some tumors have no symptoms. If concerned, see your doctor.
