Could urine leakage be a result of smoking?

Not likely: Smoking does not directly cause incontinence. However, smoking can cause coughing which can provoke stress incontinence. Similarly, tobacco can cause bladder tumors that can irritate the lining of the bladder and trigger at times urgency incontinence.

Somewhat: Tobacco weakens collagen which is responsible for support tissues breaking down. This can weaken the bladder as well as increase wrinkles and varicose veins.
