INFECTION?: Did you just finished your menstruation? If not the brownish discharge can be blood in the urine or vaginal discharge. Get a sample to be examined in tha lab. To be sure.

Possible kidney dise: Possible kidney disease or crystals - as in stones. Urine needs to be examined to determine which and evaluation should be done urgently.
