Can old running shoes cause back pain when running?

Yes: Definately. If you jog regularly, always inspect your sneakers. Joggers will invariably go thru them much quicker than the average person.

Yes: If the shoes are worn they will change your gait and stance and can create an inbalance all the way up your extremities and affect your back.

Yes: It is always good for runners to run with good supportive shoes. We suggest rotating shoes, both pair will last longer.
