Pass gas!: Try an elimination to determine what you're eating that makes you more bloated & gassy than other foods. Common sensitivities are to lactose (dairy products) & gluten (wheat & other grains). Also, eating more fiber than you're used to doing (rather than gradually increasing the amount) can also lead to feeling bloated w/lots of gas. Consuming large quantities of protein can also lead to gas, too.
