Get an exam by ur Dr: Follow up with your doctor. This should prompt an abdominal pain workup, which might start with evaluating for gall bladder disease (stone, infection, or inflammation of the gb). Other things like kidney stones should be ruled out as well, including pregnancy, ovarian cysts, fibroids. You shouldn't be worried, but concerned enough to get this taken care of. Abdominal pain has a large ddx.
