Bloating : Try altering your diet. I cut down how much dairy and milk I drink and this seemed to help. Most people as they age have a lactose intolerance. I supplemented calcium and vitamin D with other foods.

Many causes: Bloating has many causes. A full history and exam are necessary to know for sure what is going on. Your PCP or a gastroenterologist would be the one to have look into this. In the meantime, simethicone might be of help. This can be caused by dietary issues like lactose or gluten intolerance or excessive consumption of carbonated beverages.

Diet: The feeling of bloating, heartburn, and excess gas is usually due to diet. Try to eliminate foods from your diet that are known to cause gas. Also reduce the amount of processed foods as these are difficult to digest.
