Try Simethicone: It is not uncommon to have these types of symptoms after removal of the gallbladder. Avoiding high fat foods and foods that are particularly difficult to digest like broccoli and corn can be helpful. Simethicone 80 - 125 mg taken before you go to bed at night may help relief the bloating that you experience. If simethicone is not helpful there are prescription medications that should help.
