How can you get rid of swollen ankles without prescription medications?

Exercises: The best way to get rid of swollen ankles without medication is two-fold: first decrease your added salt intake. Add increased exercises that strengthen the calf muscles. Adding compression stockings and/or socks will help. As always, elevate your lower legs while sleeping and continue to work on calf strengthening. If this fails, advanced imaging may be necessary if lymphatics are blocked.
