Water, vitamins: Charlie horses, or cramps, can occur when you are dehydrated or if your electrolytes levels are off. Sometimes they occur as a result of heavy exercise and fatigue. Try drinking water and taking a multivitamin to help out. See a doctor if your symptoms worsen.
