Clotting: You could have a clotting disorder. Check pt and PTT also bleeding time. See a hematologist. Check liver function as well.

Need to examine: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the result you provided are not likely the cause of your symptoms. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.
