Go back to your doc: You could have an infection of some type (bacterial, viral, fungal) or autoimmune disorder. This will require further testing. You did not say what the med was or whether you actuality are stressed. Your doc may be right about stress being a factor here but a diagnoses for your problem is still lacking. You may want to have a dentist look at it as well since they look at mouths all the time.
