About gut dysbiosis:: There's no "best" way to get gut dysbiosis, because people don't want to get it. Gut dysbiosis means a person doesn't have the normal, healthy, happy mix of microorganisms in his large intestine. The fastest way to get dysbiosis is probably from taking antibiotics that kill disease-causing bacteria, but also kill some helpful bacteria. Treatment may be probiotics or special antibiotics.
