Symptoms: During an anxiety attack, some one will feel very uneasy. They might have a rapid heart rate and rapid breathing. They might become very shaky and sweat heavily. In other words, you give a pretty good description of some one dealing with anxiety.

U described it: It seems that you have some social anxiety and those are exactly the symptoms you have so nicely described. Some have mild symptoms while others can have it quite severe that they will avoid going to public places or meeting people. Some don't even leave the house fearing they will bump into someone. I think u may benefit from some therapy and/or meds. Consult your doc. Good luck.
