I have really fast heartbeat and sometimes heavy breathing and tingling sensation in hands. fast heart beat has been the same for the last few months

Palpitations: Is the sensation that you are describing with your heart . This along with the other symptoms you are having could indicate any number of thing. You will likely need a work up that might include some blood work and some form of a work up for your heart.. Either way please follow up with a physician in order to get to the bottom of this.
