Difficult to tell: This sounds as if you might have a viral infection, but that is just speculation. Doctors need detailed history, physical exams and some testing to make an accurate diagnosis. Strongly suggest you see a doctor if this continues, make sure you are not becoming dehydrated because of inability to hold things down. Can thing of several explanations, but need a detailed exam to be sure.

Agree with Dr. R: If you have thrown up more than 3 times in one hour, it would be prudent to go the emergency room of a nearby hospital. You should drink plenty of water, or take a drink like Gatorade. You may take acetaminophen, no more than 4 gm in a day and no alcohol.
