There is not much: info here. Don't know if this is a chronic or acute problem. Don't know if you have a fever or other symptoms. Would start by suggesting keeping yourself well hydrated, resting and use of tylenol or an NSAID for discomfort. You would need to submit more info and a clear & specific question for us to provide better response.
