My wrist/thumb cracks,hurts,gets warm,stiff and sometimes i get tiny red dots over a vein leading to my thumb. could this be a blood clot? tendonitis?

Get evaluated: at 16 this sounds a bit like more than tendonitis, and suggestive of a rdheumatoid pdroblem. you need an evaluation by ortho or rheumatology to detrermine what is occurdring. sometimes it is overuse, but the symptoms are similar to several different diagnoses.
