Sub lingual?: A year supply of B12 liquid (remember to hold it under the tongue for 30 seconds) costs about 8-12 dollars. Usually an eye dropper full is taken twice a month to achieve a serum blood level of greater than 350. B12 pills that are swollwed usually don't work if you truely have a problem with taking in B12 absorbtion in the terminal illium (last 5-6 inches of your small intestine).
