Probably not: If those are concerns a ct scan would have a much better chance, and more clearly see those areas.

The chest x-ray: Cn be very useful in experienced hands, but it is being fossilized by those that make exclusive use of ct's. The kidney and adrenal are below the diaphragm, and are obscured by the liver on the right and heart and spleen on the left. It is remotely possible that a chest x-ray might see a mass below the diaphragm in the locations you inquired.
