Urology consult: Xtandi is FDA-approved for the treatment of a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer is responding to a medical or surgical treatment which lowers testosterone, and which has spread, or metastasized, beyond the prostate to other parts of the body. Treatment response depends on the individual case so I highly suggest consulting with a Urologist about this treatment.
