Takotsubo Syndrome..: Takotsubo cardiomyopathy has been associated with stress and depression. It's also called broken heart syndrome. People with this problem have a weakening of the heart muscle usually in the absence of coronary disease. After time, the muscle will regain some strength and function, though some people will die from it.

Many: Takotsubo cardiomyopathy as previously answered, but other stress related cardiovascular issues include palpitations, arrhythmias, high blood pressure and atypical chest pain can all be related to stress.
