21 yo male. took beta block for panic attacks a few years ago. been off beta for over a year, and my heart rate in bed near sleep gets as low as 48. accelerates as expected with stress and exercise and is usually around 60 when sitting. 40s at night?

Low heart rate: As long as you are not experiencing any symptoms like passing out, feeling light-headed, etc. then there is no treatment for a low heart rate. But, if you do have symptoms when your heart rate is low, then see your doctor. Good luck
