Sometimes, consider: Depends on alot of factors, mainly where is the tube blocked and why is it blocked. Proximal/near blocks are often amenable to opening by tubal cannulation. Blocks anywhere due to inflammation or infection may be less succesful. Also, women likely to have trouble conceiving anyway might not be helped much with surgery.
