Ovarian Fullfillment: Congratulations. Average age for menopause is 51-52 years old & you meet the criteria by not having a cycle for 12 months. Hopefully, you'll feel nothing extreme. We no longer recommend hormone replacement & if you have no severe menopause symptoms, you should be fine. Continue your annual exams & these visits help address your care and recommended tests (mammograms, dexa-scan, colonscopy, etc).
