Yes?: Is there some reason you think you cannot? If you have been tested, then you should not have any particular reason to think you cannot conceive. Take multivitamins, both of you, and it may help.

Chances are good: Since you both are healthy, the chance of having children is quite good, but as the woman get older than 35, she is at higher risk. Thus, regular follow-up with OB service (possibly following a high-risk management path just for being older). Talk with your doc about ways to maximize your chance of becoming pregnant. Good luck.
