Not possible.: Unfortunately, the split ends you are seeing is old damage. The hair that you see which has grown out is not a "repairable" however you can use various conditioners to smooth the effect and give a glossy look to the hair. To eliminate breakage and split ends, you simply must cut the hair just above where the split occurs.
