A few suggestions: You're going to have to take the hit and buy an expensive shampoo and conditioner like avanti by aveda from the salon. Also, as awful as this may sound, wash your hair every other day. Do not blow-dry, curl, flat-iron, or heat your hair (maybe shower at night?). I'm glad you don't color your hair, because that really tears it apart! these are a lot of adjustments to make, but it will be worth it!

Hair care: Avoid over-washing your hair. Don't apply shampoo directly 2 the roots. Distribute conditioner evenly thru ur hair. Avoid using hot tools (hair dryer, flat iron) every day. Use rusk deepshinesmooth conditioning treatment 1x week. Dont comb/twist wet hair. Massage in warm olive oil or coconut oil and leave for 30-40 minutes b4 washing. Always use lukewarm (not hot) to wash your hair. Use hbl shamp.
