I have hair dye issue, where it must have irratated\burned my scalp it's almost peeling. its now dry, but greasy; and hurts/burns; ears/neck itch bad?

Scalp dermatitis?: Had to tell whether this is chemical irritation/burn, or allergy to the hair dye. Both are common. Best to see a doctor. You could try an over-the-counter steroid cream (hydrocortisone), but a doctor might prescribe more effective treatment, and can confirm the diagnosis. Sometimes a reaction like this uncovers an underlying skin problem, made worse by the hair dye but needing different treatment.
