Lots!: The organs in the left upper abdomen (luq)include the stomach, liver, spleen, pancreas, kidney, colon, small intestine, & adrenal gland. Of course, abdominal pain may often originate from the abdominal wall rather than the internal organs. When trying to sort out this type of pain, a "face-to-face" evaluation is necessary, supplemented by lab+/-radiology tests. Best bet: c ur primary care dr.
