Yes.: Panic attacks tend to come in bunches, but any rate of frequency is possible. I suggest you sort this out further with a mental health expert- -- and get effective treatment! life's too short to have it be compromised daily by the threat of a panic attack.

Yes-Try Relaxation: If you want to avoid medication for your panic attacks, i highly revommend the book: the relaxation response by benson. Read the entire book, the start doing the exercises as contained in the book. Start with 5 minutes twice a day working up to 10 minutes twice a day. You will soon learn to relax instantly, anytime you want or need to, like in the car. It's not hard. Good luck.
