Yes.: Weight varies with height. But head size has nothing to do with height or weight. So although it is possible that someone's body could grow to match their large head, there is no guarantee it will happen. Further, the percentage of your body length that is your head is about 30% at birth, but only 10% as an adult, so babies tend to have bigger heads than adults.
