My belly is measuring 30 cm during my pregnancy how many weeks am i? how is measuring and weeks the same?

Measuring is a rough: Estimate of weeks gestation, so 30 cm is normal for 30 weeks but the best way to check if there is a problem or question of size or dates is to get an accurate OB ultrasound to measure the baby.
