Diet post bariatric: Any dietary or other questions should be throughly discussed with the surgeon and his staff.

Salt is ok: Some salt is ok after weight loss surgery. It can increase swelling. Mostly want to avoid salty snacks like chips, nuts, crackers since they also contain fats and calories.
