Depends on your age: Depending on how your age it includes what is called a history and physical. Questions about your past and present health, medicines you are taking, allergies, family health history, a review of your current symptoms, and an examination. Labs and tests will be ordered and any immunizations you need given as well.

History/Physical/adv: Any preventive check up includes 1 patients personal and family history, in details to tailor the preventive measures and advice 2 detailed physical exam to detect early medical problems, like obesity, high bp, and other abnormalities 3 screening tests like sugar, cholesterol, etc , mammogram, pap smears, colonoscopy in certain age groups 4 immunisations like flu, pneumococcal and others 5 advice and counse.
