First Try Exercise : After pregnancy you will need to get your weight back to normal and exercise your tummy muscles. Exercise will not tighten the skin or remove the stretch marks so don't be discouraged. If you are done with pregnancies you can consider a tummy tuck which is the only way to truly remove stretch marks and remove loose skin.
