The : The treatment of stretch marks is challenging. I typically prescribe retin a (tretinoin) cream for my patients and sometimes follow that with a few laser treatments (with the v-beam pulsed dye laser). Most patients see some improvement, although usually only partial results. I hope that helps!

Probably: Only a tummy tuck will help.

Surgically . . .: Surgically, a tummy tuck will remove most of the loose skin and stretch marks will be removed from the area which is excised. Best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your specific options. Read more about the tummy tuck here:https://www.cosmeticsurg.net/procedures/tummy-tuck/

There : There is no one treatment for stretch marks that always works. After you have delivered, i would recommend topical Retin-A cream ( the same as the acne medicine). You should use it for at least 6 months. This alone can be very effective. In terms of more aggresive treatments, there are some promising results with the fraxel laser though it would take several treatments to see a result.

The : The v-beam laser can be effective in reducing the purplish color of stretch marks. Combined with Retin-A on the surface, this is a treatment i sometimes recommend.
