Depends: There a variety of aches and pains that occur as the uterus grows inside your body. You did not mention how far along you are. If you are far along then the pain may just be from the growing baby. Upper right side pain can be a sign of gallbladder disease which is common in pregnancy. Have have your obgyn who has more information check you out
