See an ENT: Ent specialists (ear nose & throat) would be a great place to start. One the ENT resolves the sinusitis, if the pain persists you can go to see a dentist.

See your dentist: A dentist can rule out that the dental pain is caused by other pathology like decay or occlusal trauma. Once that is established, you treat the sinusitis and the referred dental pain will go away. Sometimes i'll have a patient take a decongestant to see if the dental pain lessens. After the dentist rules out dental causes, see your md to treat the sinusitis.

Meds: I recommend seeing your medical doctor for an antibiotic and full sinus health evaluation. In the short term antihistamines and nasal sprays for inflammation can help.
