I have sinusitis and i have a stretching sensation in the teeth. is it possible to get gum bleeding because of this?

Not really: Altered sensation or temperature sensitivity in the teeth is common with sinusitis but not normally bleeding gums. Gingivitis is usually the cause. Only a dentist can diagnosis gingivitis. To help avoid bleeding gums, massage your gums when you brush your teeth and floss daily.

Its possible.: Sinus pressure or infection can indeed cause pain which feels as though it’s coming from teeth. Some signs that it’s a sinus problem & not a tooth problem: the pain is only in the upper back teeth, it’s a continuous dull ache &/or tenderness to chewing or biting vs. Sensitivity to hot or cold, & you have sinus or nasal congestion on the same side as the tooth pain. See your dentists to be sure.
