No: Acoustic neuromas are rare benign tumors, yes some times inherited , associated with nf 2 ( neurofibromatosis type 2).

No; avoid cell phone: Your sister's fetus should be safe, as this is not a typically inherited tumor. If your sister wants to decrease her own risk and her fetus' risk even further, advise her to avoid cell phones near her head and near her belly for all pregnancy!
