Yes: Depending on the magnitude of the curve. Small curve are treated with physical therapy, possible bracing. Large curve are treated with surgery which can help to avoid them progressing as you age, and also correct the majority of the curve. The surgical treatments depend on age, progression of curves, and failure of bracing.
