Depends...: This depends on your age and type of scoliosis. It appears that the progression is quite fast and surgery may be necessary to correct and prevent worsening of the curvature.

Depends: You have reached the point where you need to keep a close eye on your curve. If you progress much further, someone will recommend surgery. However, this all depends on how much growth you have left. If you are an adult, you should have someone check you every year or so.
