Exercise!: There is no clear definition of mild scoliosis. Any curve less than 10 degrees is not scoliosis. Most curves less than 30 degrees at the end of growth do not cause problems later, and no treatment is required. The best thing anyone can do for their spine if they have mild scoliosis is exercise, focusing on good core strength. This is very productive to your back.

Exercises: At your age the curve has stabilized. If you are not experiencing pain then you should concentrate on core muscular exercises, along with flexibility exercises. Participation in a yoga program or a pilates exercise program will be useful. Go out and enjoy your life.
